Our company first registered under the name as K. S. & C. Technology Supply Co., Ltd. being a distributor of the product called “Armstrong”, which is the U.S. and U.K. product, for example, water pump, air conditioning, and sanitary systems supplies.
Our business was running well until the major business crisis occurred in 1996. With economic crisis, fluctuated exchange rate, and shorter period of payment, we had to discontinue this business function. After that, our company was renamed as “Pre-Tech Contracting Co., Ltd.” on 12 June 1998. We focused on the new business range which was a system design and installation for building and factory.
In the late of 2006, the annual general meeting of shareholders was conducted, and a few changes were made on the list of shareholders, board of director, including the company name to be called as “CHUTIPHANPISUT CO., LTD.” on 6 March 2008.
